Let's have an English thread where we can write in English and catch mistakes of each others.
Rules: 1. Write your text in English without any translator. 2. Catch mistakes of other anons to make their skills in English better. You can write about the mistakes in Russian.
Oh, how I want a cute little girl. She must be thin, brightless, with small arms. She must be modest and don't think about other guys. Where can I get that girl? Am I asking too much?
>>227642843 Nobody needs English in Russia. It's a waste of time. You'll never use it for a job. And you'll never go abroad because they don't need you there in case you are not a pervert to sell.
>>227642270 (OP) Hi! I'm 17 years old and a wanna talk with somebody, who lives in Europe. 1) What country is the best for living for all life? 2) How can I arrive there and become good citizen without money problems? 3) How long are you foreigner?
>>227642843 Look at me i studied in a specialuzed english school and then graduated from the faculty if foreign languages and so what? Nobody could find a job neither in russia nor abroad. That is just impossible. Our best students had to get another educatiob ti get a job in an interbational company where they woukd never use englush again. Our economy is retarded. And americans and europeans are not interested in interaction and they are not planning to develop in russia. In russia they need resourses, slaves and prostitutes and not specialusts because they do not want anybody in the world to be smarter and better educated than their own citizens so they are planning to ruin russian economy not to make it international. And there is one more reason why. The thing is that all the pkanet's resourses have been run out. So americans decided to cut the earth's population that is why the y are not interested in russian specialists. They want russian people to die first. And americans to rake their jobs. So you ll never use english. It is a dellusiob.
>>227643060 >I'm 17 years old Reported >What country is the best for living for all life? I bet OP was never abroad.Russia doesn't count. >How can I arrive there and become good citizen without money problems? Very easy, if you are a girl.Almost impossible if you are a guy, but being a pervert makes it easy. You may become bimbo toilet, for example. >How long are you foreigner? Ukrainians and Russians are not foreigners to each other. It's a one nation.
>>227643773 There are no normal russian people who read technical literature in english. Americans give vacancies only to educated perverts or overeducated people.
>>227642270 (OP) What is the differense between "mistakes" and "the mistakes"? When should I use each variant?
>>227642945 Some youtube lectures are in English and have no any Russian translation. Insteed of searching each word in Google Translate you can just learn basic 1000-3000 words and be lucky to know something more than there is in your native country.
>>227642945 But what about watching anime with english subs? A don't tell me to watch it with russian subs or russiab dub lol. because russian translators, who are usually in their teens, know neither japanese nor russian lol.
>>227644660 I'm not critisizing anyone.I just tell the truth.Common folk must be busy all of their time, working for their survival, so they cannot destroy the civilization.Especially russians.
>>227642270 (OP) Everything about what you just said feels so wrong You are not using english, you are using russian translated into english You don't write text, you don't catch mistakes and shit, and "make skills better" just sounds awful Dude, you..
>>227645821 I do not care about what foreign citizens think sorry. I am not gonna learn foreign laws to move abroad in case i get married or imployed so i am not interested in what foreigners think.
>>227642270 (OP) Cheers to whoever is reading this.I got a question here-recently I have undertaken EF SET English test and have recieved C2 level(totally not boasting or something). The question is as follows-to which degree does this score reflects my actual level of proficiency and to which this degree can this test`s resluts be used to evaluate my chances on better-known tests, such as TOEFL or IELTS? Also,I`m looking for someone to chat with,so any responce will bring a smile to my face-and,surely, an instant responce)
>>227646433 >Can be "have" too. No, due to its existence
>And why is "the" insteed of "an"? We use the when we're talking about a certain/only one thing/person. A means one or one of some things. Examples: I made the thread (= my thread) In the Internet you can find a thread made by a Russian pidorashka
Hello my infidel friends. In this post I would kindly ask you to convert to Islam. Because Islam is the last and true religion of God. Islam is the religion of sane people. Have you ever heard of Scientifically proven Miracles of the Quran? Here you go
>>227647227 Snowflake generation, as we call it. They'd rather get offended by a stranger's words on the internet than by their governments pissing in their pants.
>>227647500 Islam will never be a people's religion while capitalism is herr, because 1) it forbids human images, and this is just stupid 2) it neglects women (that's a half of labour force and market) 3) it does not tolerate other confessions (that means loss of markets)
>>227647159 Ok. Let us make it clear there are no adequate rules how to use the. There are plenty of words you jyst haveto remember by heart. And you will never find any adequate explanation.
>>227647779 Come on,man,at least I`m as much of a human being as you are, with the same needs and desires! Why won`t you talk to me just for a little bit?Pretty please :3
Blyat pidorasis keep that in mind. Y can speak eng however y want blyat, dis is most known lang in da world blyat n nomater wat lvl of knowledge y got cuz erry1 will understand ya, kno wat im sayin?
>>227648004 >Ok. Let us make it clear there are no adequate rules how to use the. >And you will never find any adequate explanation. You should do some courses.
>>227648217 >Let's make a thread (first time mention) You can use a only if you don't suppose what kind of a thread you want to create.
>>227648700 >>227648869 Well...guys,what I meant to say,was not us having completely indentical set of needs. What I meant was that since we`re both humans,we still share some basic needs-among them is the need for socializing, communicating and interacting with other people-we`ve emerged to be humans as social animals, after all. So, a bit of chat?)
>>227648152 >Look, pal, I have a cunning plan here, a real BUSINESS-PO-RUSSKI. Interesting lectures are translated in other languages by handsome people with good voices and popular channels.
Sometimes you are looking for some rare themes and to know basic English is good to understand videos about thoise rare themes.
Igor, are you? Do you remember me? I'm your classmate. I recognized you by your schizoid words and vyser. Do you remember how the whole class pissed you into a mug in the third grade, with a sweet tooth? You drank some more, licked your lips and asked for more. And then your father came to pick you up, the same janitor who raped a dog on Vernadsky and received a suspended sentence for stealing processed cheese in a store. He went into the classroom, everyone began to laugh, and you crap yourself out of shame, and then said that you’ll hate the janitor all your life, but in the 9th grade, when you went to the raid to fuck them off, they let you go in a circle, after which they put eight stitches on your anus. How are you, Igorian?
>>227642270 (OP) What's up dawgs, I'm about to dive deep in this thread. Anyone up for casual chatting? My English is B2 btw, looking forward to get C1 one day.
>>227648921 > You should do some courses. He's right, though. Such rules do exist of course, but there's a shitlot of not so obvious exceptions. I think that you rather need a "sense of language" to put right arcticles in right places than a precise knowledge of the rules.
>>227648939 If you have no need in english, that's okay, we won't judge you for such point of view. >>227649735 Absurd for you, not absurd for the others with a better knowledge of the language. But still, I agree that putting right articles in right places is about feeling the language, rather than knowing the rules. It'll come with experience.
>>227649774 Damn! Tell me please, HOW TO EARN ANY MONEY FROM THE FUCKING TRANSLATIONS?
I had a job once when I have translated from the English to Russian three 30-min youtube lectures, and got a whopping 6000₽ for the each of them. And I want more.
>>227647138 You have telegram? I'm also looking for someone to chat in English with. We could probably help each other with that. But I'm not C2 tho, maybe B2 but idk for sure since I've never taken any tests.
>>227649774 Too bad that while I can understand almost everything including quite complex texts, I completely suck in writing. How much time did it take for you to reach the level of writing skills enough to translate texts? And how exactly were you improving your skills?
>>227649878 We are not racists, we hate all races equally. You can be nigger, gook or even our brother ruski, and we will hate you with the same power.
>>227649878 I think it's rooted in Soviet exceptionallism, when their propaganda place new Soviet nation above the "bourgeous" world. After the fall of Soviet Union they had to find some new basis for this orphaned exceptionalist mindset. No wonder the humiliated nation turned to racist agenda to decorate its dull post cold war existence.
It's very good money for Russia. If he always has orders, works 8 hours per day and, say, 20 days per month then it culminates in 2560 dollars per month. That's a lot if you ask me, I would be glad to work and get such amount of money.
>>227647138 broo IELTS or TOEFL are kinda specific things. Without special courses that will lead you thru sum non-obvious questions even for native speaker. So spend a little time/money to gitgud btw
>>227650242 It is impossible. To be competent you have to finish the technical faculty first and only after that linguistics. And after that to work in a very limited number of factories because of tge natural monopoly law. But nobody want it do they?
>>227650242 So finishishing two higher educations to beg for a vacancy of a very cheap specialist and low salary in a limited number of conditions will not pay will it?
Anons, we all know that very few people in Russia have good English skills, mainly because they have no reason to learn the language. But what about you? Why have you started learning English, what are your reasons?
>>227650577 What's you point exactly? That there are a lot of not so obvious things about using articles in english? I've already told you that I'm agree with that. But it is how it is. You will never get to a decent level of knowing any languange only by memorizing the rules like poems. Have you been studying a foreign language in a russian school? Think about it now. Russian teachers know all the rules of the language they teach you, but they are nowhere close to speak the language fluently. Why? Because they are lacking experience, they don't feel the language, they don't understant it. The only know the rules.
>>227651529 I have been learning English since winter* >my practice is weaker that my studying What did you mean by this? I'll try to guess - do you spend more time with textbooks cramming grammar rules that consuming contend in the langnuage?
>>227642270 (OP) My dad cooks infernal dishes. That's average recipe because it can vary. He takes soup but does not heat it, heating isn't about my dad. He takes this soup, pours it into pan and begins frying. Adds huge amount of onions, garlic, black and red pepper and FLOUR! for viscosity, tomato paste above. All of that is fried until it smokes. After that it is removed from fire and cooled down on the balcony. After that dad brings it back, generously add mayo and starts to eat. He eats from pan, scraping it with spoo. Eats and semi-whispers "Oh fuck". Even his forehead sweats. Sometimes suggests me, but I refuse. Not to mention how he farts after that. Stink makes wallpapers peel off.
>>227642270 (OP) not a SINGLE slav on planet earth can say the word "rarely" correctly, go on vocaroo and try. Slav niggas fucking crumble at the sight of two Rs in close proximity to each other.
>>227651725 Well, aren’t you that schmuck, whose I’ve been fucked up banning in /moba/ and /dota/ threads? The same humiliated omega, the same posts, same buttheard from live off psychically healthy men. Oh, yes you’re not a man at all.
>>227652917 You don't have to learn any language if you don't want to. I've already told you that. >>227652845 Okay, maybe they are absurd. But there is a shitload of absurdity in any language. You know, russian people have been grown to think that the rules of the russian language are plain and strict. Like, it's a hard language to learn and even harder to master and there is a lot of copmlicated rules, but every thing in russian could be logically explained with the rules. I can assure you that it's not that simple and that there's a lot of bullshit in russian.
>>227652964 All americans could offer is henry cavill. But he is a jew. So when it comes to building a house or protecting you in the streets he will cry for his jewish mommy to save him from russian "bydlo".
>>227653210 Fuck off. I am not english and i do not want to be. You killed all kelts that is when your attractiveness ended. So i am not interested in learning your language anymore.
Hello slavs, I am a genuine pindos (provided pic with timestamp for proof). I want to visit Russia after this whole chinese chink virus settles down a bit so I can smell a fucking slav bitch. Tell me Dvach, what the fuck does a russian bitch smell like, I gotta fucking know. I also want to lick the bottom of a russian bitch's feet after shes been walking around. mmmmmmm nice thought.
>>227653497 Ok. Give it a try. Just for your information i have not seen a single englishman who could speak natural russian without being caught on that. You jyst unable to do it. Cause russian is not that primitive.
>>227654133 It depends what you gonna use it for. It seems ok for selling yer arse in brothel in Springburn. And yer mouth will be busy anyway, ye ken.
>>227653140 >>227654556 Like your oxford coursebooks are not primitive and full of advertisement shit for retarded. Advertising is not everything. So skills are not speaking englush you little pale brittish scum.
>>227654073 Where did I say that russian is "primitive"? If you re-read my post, it says the opposite: russian is a very hard language to learn. But also I said that there is a lot of things in russian that cannot be logically explained with the rules of the language.
>>227655070 > but "although" is more formal words It's a regular word, you are just trying to make it up for you pathetic accusation, silly. > small "i" definitely shows everyone that you are Russian faggot A lot of natives use lowercase "I", but it's gramatically incorrect.
>>227655234 Well, for example try to explain me within a few sentences (i don't mind if you do it in russian) why some words in russian contain more syllables than vowels.
>>227655678 It's because English (Anglo-Saxon) IS Germanic by origin. And it had been so until the Norman (French) invasion in 11 AD. Those guys brought many loanwords both from French and Latin to English. And simultaneously, due to the Great Vowel Shift, the Anglo-Saxon lost its case/gender endings entirely and together these two factors contributed to the creation of the Middle English language with the grammar we know today.
Yo my /brothers. I'm working as a freelancer with foreign dudes, and my knoledge of english is enough for simple talk, we can understand each other and stuff. I really good in translation, but i'm lacking of skill to write/say something myself. 100% for my employers i'm sound like a supermutant from fallout, or even worse. Probably it's because i learned english from watching and translating stuff, without actually writing something myself. Some advises maybe?
>>227657250 That's simple. You are already aware of pretty much all of your shortcomings, so the only thing you need to do is to make some effort and start articulating the thoughts of your own via writing and speaking. And I'm also gonna let you in on something here, don't translate anything unless you're aiming for a job related to it. Learn how to understand the language without comparing words in your mind. And think purely in English. I have the exact same problems. My reading and listening skills are C1 at the very least. But when it comes to writing or speaking it's like B1 to B2 at the very best.
>>227658413 I have troubles reading written symbols itt let alone your twisted perverted thoughts. Though if I ever feel sick after a drink or something and want to throw up, I'll read a thought or two of yours just to make things easier.
>>227657644 > Екатеринбург впереди России всей! Крутой новый район в столице Урала. Бля. Хуйня. Квартиры в этих домах очень дорогие, а дома, которые они продают находятся далеко, будешь в пробках стоять хуй знает сколько. За такие деньги можно сильно ближе к центру купить квартиру. Короче, не стоит того эта брусника.
Not so long ago, my mom was cooking some COMPOT. And because of some stupid meme, i said to my employer that "I can't work right now, i must to help my mom in cooking CUMPOT". lol
It's important that there is a trend here to do life around better. This summer our local goverment improved roads and terrirory near my home building. Now have even sport training apparatus and small tennis table. Shrubs and grass are cuted.
>>227658971 >Tell it to coders who works for an international software company For the Crist fucking sake. "Tell it to coders working for international software companies"
>>227661656 It's a good trend to sell regular things much expensive, lol. As I know the markap for all of these "comfort" things is too much. It's not a trend, it's sort of simulation.
